Heat treatment

Heat therapy is a method of physical treatment that uses thermal agents with a large heat capacity, which slowly give off their heat to the body – by convection. The high temperature leads to dilation of locally located blood vessels, which improves tissue turnover and trophic, oxygen and nutrient delivery. This stimulates regeneration, reduces spasm in the treated area.

Paraffin
Paraffin is a product of petroleum refining, with high heat capacity and low thermal conductivity, melting temperature 52-54°C.
