GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR RESERVATION AND ACCOMMODATION IN THE SPA/MEDICAL SPA/COMPLEX “MINERAL YAGODA”
Reservation in BALNEO/MEDICAL SPA/ COMPLEX “MINERAL YAGODA” can be made in one of the following ways:
- Through the official website www.spahotelmineralyagoda.com, via the integrated booking module;
- On e-mail: reservation@spahotelmineralyagoda.com
- Call 042/ 95 95 95, 042/ 95 95 96
- At the hotel.
The booking request should contain the following information: the guest’s first and last name, nationality, exact arrival and departure dates, telephone and email for feedback, room type, number of rooms, number of guests-adults, children and children’s ages.
Confirmation of your reservation will be sent to the e-mail address you specify or via Viber, if you wish. It will describe the type and number of rooms booked, the check-in and check-out dates, the number of adults and children specified in the booking request, and the amount due. Once you have received your confirmation, please read your booking information carefully and contact us if a correction is required.
A deposit amount will be indicated in the confirmation e-mail, or pro forma at the hotel’s discretion, as a required security deposit to be paid in advance prior to check-in. No later than 5 (five) calendar days from the date of booking (unless otherwise agreed), the customer shall pay the said required deposit. The balance of the total amount of your booking can be paid at the hotel unless other terms are agreed, or the offer specifies another requirement.
If the check-in date is between 2 and 5 calendar days – A deposit is required to be paid the same day / i.e. on the day of booking /. In case of reservation with check-in date on the next day, or the day after – no deposit is required.
A security deposit of/up to 100 (one hundred) % of the booking amount may be required for package and holiday bookings at the discretion of the hotel. No later than 5 (five) calendar days from the date of the reservation (unless otherwise agreed), the customer shall pay the said required deposit.
Once we receive the amount of the security deposit, your reservation will be considered valid and finally CONFIRMED. Please note that in case of bank payment we are obliged to issue an invoice in the name of the payer. For this purpose, you will be required to provide the necessary Details to issue one to an individual or legal entity.
If, after submitting the required booking information, payment is not made within the described time frame, the hotel reserves the right to CANCEL the reservation.
When making a reservation in BALNEO / MEDICAL SPA / COMPLEX “MINERAL YAGODA”, the client is deemed to have read these terms and conditions and agrees to them.
Reservations accepted by telephone, e-mail or through our website are considered to be a contractual relationship in progress.
Payment made shall be deemed full acceptance of these terms and conditions of stay at our hotel.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
- If you wish to cancel a booking you have made, you can do so in one of the following ways:

– by e-mail: reservation@spahotelmineralyagoda.com - 7 (seven) days or more prior to the check-in date , if the client wishes to cancel a confirmed booking, no penalty will be payable and the amount paid as security deposit will be refunded within 30 working days of cancellation.
- In case of cancellation within 6 (six) to 3 (three) days before the date of check-in or in case of non-arrival on the day of check-in, the client is liable for a penalty of 50% of the amount paid as security deposit.
- In the event of cancellation less than three (3) days prior to the check-in date or in the event of non-arrival on the day of check-in, the client will be liable for a penalty of the amount paid as security deposit and the reservation will be deemed cancelled.
- BALNEO/MEDICAL SPA/ COMPLEX MINERAL YAGODA reserves the right to cancel a confirmed and paid reservation in case of force majeure and other reasons beyond the control of the hotel. In these cases, the hotelier:
– Offers accommodation for another period, keeping the same conditions and prices.
– Refund the deposit paid by the client within a period of not less than 30 (thirty) working days from the date of receipt of a written request to do so by the tourist, without penalty to the latter.

ACCOMMODATION CONDITIONS
Check-in and check-out times:
– Check-in: from Monday to Saturday – after 14:00, on Sunday – after 15:00.
– Check-out: until 12:00.
– In case of late check-out or early check-in, an additional fee will be charged as follows:- In case of check-out before 18:00, a fee of BGN 20/hour will be charged.
– If the room is vacated after 18:00, a charge of 100 (one hundred) % of the room stay is due.
Late check-out or early check-in is possible only after confirmation by the hotel, according to the occupancy for a specific date.
Reservations will be held until 24:00 on the day of arrival.
Children under 12 stay free of charge in an extra bed in a double room with two full-paying adults.
Children over 12 years are charged as an adult guest.
Accommodation of a child over 12 years of age or an adult guest, accommodated on an extra bed, at the hotel’s full-payers for the respective room – surcharge 40 BGN/day based on bed and breakfast.
When accommodating an adult and a child in a double room on regular beds, a discount on the room rate is not provided !
Pets are not accepted in the hotel. Exceptions are permitted only with the express consent of the hotel management, subject to full liability for any damages and payment of a fee.
Guests must present identification documents upon check-in.
The data provided by you is protected in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the regulations governing the protection of information and is processed only in connection with the implementation of the established requirements of the Tourism Act. This information will only be used in connection with bookings made and will not be provided for any other purpose.

RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
- BALNEO / MEDICAL SPA / COMPLEX “MINERAL YAGODA” undertakes to provide to the hotel guests in full the services requested and paid by them.
- No refunds will be given for services requested but not used in full or in part due to the fault of the hotel guests.
- BALNEO / MEDICAL SPA / COMPLEX “MINERAL YAGODA” is not liable for damages caused by actions of third parties.
- Any complaints related to the quality of the services paid for must be made by the customer on site at the hotel in order to remedy the deficiencies. The claim must be made in writing.
- All prices advertised on the hotel’s website www.spahotelmineralyagoda.com, as well as described in the hotel’s e-mail messages, are in BGN including VAT and tourist tax.
- Additional services are not automatically calculated in the final room rate and must be paid separately upon check-out.
- The hotel is not responsible for: stolen items from the rooms, Lobby and Spa of the hotel or other adjacent areas, which are stored outside the safes, the location of the Reception, as well as for damage caused by third parties.
- Smoking is not allowed in the rooms of the BALNEO/MEDICAL SPA/MINERAL YAGODA COMPLEX, according to the national legislation. Therefore, in case of non-compliance, the hotel reserves the right to impose, without prior notice, a charge of BGN 100.
- Guests are expected to observe generally accepted standards of good behaviour during their stay at the hotel. All costs for material damage to the hotel shall be paid by the persons causing the damage.
- BALNEO/MEDICAL SPA/ COMPLEX MINERAL YAGODA is not responsible for persons under 18 years of age left unsupervised. Each guest is obliged not to leave their children unattended on the premises of BALNEO/MEDICAL SPA/ COMPLEX MINERAL YAGODA.
- In all disputes and legal matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions and arising in connection with the use of the website www.spahotelmineralyagoda.com , the provisions of the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria shall be binding.
POLICY ON THE USE OF COOKIES
