Finnish sauna

The Finnish sauna is a traditional, efficient and safe method of removing toxins from the body by sweating. The temperature is kept between 80 to 100°C, thus raising the temperature of our body. This in turn stimulates the sweat glands and causes deep sweating.. Sweat is 99% water, but the remaining one percent contains some seriously undesirable toxins such as nickel, copper, lead, sodium, mercury and a host of chemicals

When our body temperature rises, our blood vessels dilate and blood circulation increases. This enhances our body’s natural healing processes, thus soothing our aching joints and muscles and speeding up the healing of bruises and cuts. Studies have shown that if we use a dry sauna for just 10 minutes after a workout, it can significantly speed up our body’s recovery.
